Purchase Rules

I. Definitions

  1. Data controller: Amore Deli UAB, company code 306660105, registered at Eduardo Andrė g. 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: hello@amoredeli.lt.
  2. Buyer: Natural or legal persons purchasing goods in the online store amoredeli.lt.
  3. Parties: The Buyer and the Seller together.
  4. Personal data: Any information relating to a person whose identity is known or can be determined.
  5. Goods: All products sold in the online store amoredeli.lt.
  6. Terms and conditions of sale: A document approved by the Seller that sets out the rights, obligations, prices, payment procedures, delivery, returns and exchanges, and liability of the Buyer and the Seller.
  7. Privacy policy: A document approved by the Seller that establishes the rules for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.

II. General provisions

  1. These Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods, once approved by the Buyer (after reading the Rules and checking the box next to the statement "I have read and agree to the amoredeli.lt purchase rules"), are a legally binding document for the Parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of Goods, the procedure for delivery and return of Goods, the liability of the Parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of Goods in the online store.
  2. The Seller has the right to change the rules at any time, taking into account the requirements of the law.
  3. By accepting the rules, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods from amoredeli.lt.
  4. The rules may change if the legal regulations change. We recommend reviewing the rules before each order.
  5. The Buyer must familiarize themselves with the privacy policy approved by the Seller.

III. Privacy Policy

  1. Amore Deli UAB complies with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and other legal acts regulating the processing of personal data. The privacy policy is part of these rules.

IV. Goods

  1. The images of goods in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the colors of the goods are displayed as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the Buyer's device screen will accurately reflect the colors.
  2. The packaging of the goods may differ from that shown in the online store.
  3. All orders are fulfilled only if the products are in stock. The Buyer will be informed if the ordered products are not available, and the order will be canceled.
  4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms it.

V. Buyer's rights

  1. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and request its correction by sending an email to hello@amoredeli.lt. The Seller must fulfill the request within 2-3 business days.
  2. The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing and only with the Seller's consent.

VI. Buyer's obligations

  1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the rules.
  2. If the information provided in the Buyer's order form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
  3. When using the amoredeli.lt online store, the Buyer must comply with the rules and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

VII. Seller's rights

  1. The Seller has the right to set a minimum basket size.
  2. If the Buyer violates the rules, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend their ability to use the online store.
  3. The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer.
  4. The Seller may cancel the order if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods on time.

VIII. Seller's obligations

  1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of amoredeli.lt.
  2. The Seller undertakes to store the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the law.
  3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the specified address in accordance with the established conditions.

IX. Prices of goods and payment procedure

  1. The prices of goods are indicated in euros, including VAT.
  2. The price of goods cannot change after the order has been confirmed, except in cases where the price changes due to a technical error.
  3. The Buyer pays for the goods by electronic banking, payment card, GooglePay, ApplePay, gift voucher, or bank transfer. The order is only processed after payment has been received.

X. Delivery of goods

  1. The Buyer can choose the method of delivery: by courier with home delivery or delivery to a post office.

XI. Delivery of goods to the address specified by the buyer

  1. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the goods and to accept the goods themselves.
  2. The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.
  3. The ordered goods must be collected within 10 working days of the order confirmation. If the Buyer fails to collect the goods, the Seller has the right to cancel the order without notice.

XII. Return and exchange of goods

  1. Goods are returned and/or exchanged in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. Food products of suitable quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
  3. Goods are not considered defective due to minor packaging or transportation damage.
  4. Money for returned goods shall only be transferred to the payer's bank account.

XIII. Responsibility

  1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided and for the actions performed using the online store.
  2. The Seller is not liable for losses incurred due to the provision of incorrect personal data.

XIV. Exchange of information

  1. The Seller sends notifications to the email address provided by the Buyer.
  2. The Buyer sends notifications using the means of communication specified by the Seller.

XV. Final provisions

  1. The rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  3. The Buyer shall not have the right to transfer rights and obligations without the Seller's consent.
  4. If the Buyer does not agree with the response to a written complaint, they may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or fill out a request form on the EGS platform.
