How to prepare your ritual
Gently melt the cacao to preserve its aroma. Enjoy with hot water or a plant-based drink, then personalize with spices if you like.
- Cut about 20 g of cacao.
- Heat 180–200 ml of water or a plant-based beverage.
- Melt slowly and whisk/stir until smooth.
- Optional: add cinnamon or ginger, set an intention, and sip slowly.
