How to prepare your ritual

Gently melt the cacao to preserve its aroma. Enjoy with hot water or a plant-based drink, then personalize with spices if you like.

  • Cut about 20 g of cacao.
  • Heat 180–200 ml of water or a plant-based beverage.
  • Melt slowly and whisk/stir until smooth.
  • Optional: add cinnamon or ginger, set an intention, and sip slowly.

Directions for use

  • Daily use: 10–15 g
  • Ceremonial sessions: up to 30 g
  • Note: Drink water before and after each dose. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or have serious heart conditions.
