HISTORY/ORIGIN:

Gnocchetti di patate are small Italian bites born from a simple, cozy tradition. They are made from fresh potato purée, which makes up 70% of their composition, giving them a soft, fluffy, and pleasantly filling texture.

PREPARATION:
