HISTORY/ORIGIN:
Fusilli are spiral-shaped pasta from southern Italy. The Libré Bio version is made in Lombardy by Govi Farm from organic whole rice flour (95%) and teff (5%), a tiny ancient grain from Ethiopia.
WHY IS IT WORTH IT?
- Gluten-free, specifically formulated for people with coeliac disease.
- High in fibre, low in saturated fat and low in sodium.

PREPARATION:
Bring water to the boil and add salt. Add the pasta and cook for 9–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and toss with your favourite sauce. Great with vegetable sauces, pesto or in cold pasta salads.
