Production principles
Govi Farm's philosophy is based on a responsible approach to raw materials and their origin: carefully selected ingredients are used, and transparency and quality control are ensured throughout the entire production process. Raw materials are processed at low temperatures, and the pasta is dried slowly, statically - this preserves its natural properties and achieves a firm texture. Production takes place in specially designed, gluten-free pasta factories. They adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure that each batch meets the requirements and ensures a clean composition.
